I work at a school with a laptop program. All students have a laptop. Some students take Mandarin and we have to load the Asian languages to XP. The problem we are having now is, we updated our XP - Sp2 to Service Pack 3. Now when we go to add the Languages it asks for Windows XP with SP 3 CD. If you have done a reformat of your hard drive and proceeded to do a successful Windows XP installation, you may notice that a choice between two operating systems when you start up the machine.
